As many of you are aware, Georgetown University recently suspended in-person classes across
all campus locations to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission amongst the student body and
faculty. Despite the trying circumstances, GUASFCU is doing everything possible to remain
accessible to our members.
Effective March 16th, the following will be our adjusted hours and operations.
Monday to Friday, 10:30am-6:30pm by phone (202-687-8616) or email (email@example.com)
Teller line will be closed to reduce risk of transmission
All core operations will continue (e.g. ACH, wires, etc.)
Online Banking and Mobile App
Given our reduced hours, we encourage you to utilize our online banking and mobile app as
much as possible. This will allow you to check your account balance, deposit checks, transfer
balances between your checkings and savings accounts, and more.

Depositing Physical Checks/Cash
Should you wish to deposit physical checks or cash into the branch, we will now be processing all such deposits by mail
Address all deposits to:

Make sure you include the following information for verification purposes inside your envelope:
- Account Number
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
Please also be sure that all checks to be deposited are endorsed on the back.
Since our teller line will be not be open, we encourage you to use our ATM in the Leavey Center
right across from our branch, or our ATM in the Healey Family Student Center across from
Bulldog Tavern. You will not be feed if you use a GUASFCU debit card to withdraw from these
