By managing human capital and maintaining high-performance external relations, the CEO guides the Credit Union in its goal to provide innovative products and achieve high levels of member satisfaction.

Chief Operating Officer - The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the oversight of daily operations, and represents the Member Service and Operations departments on the GUASFCU Board of Directors. The COO also manages the Credit Union's ATM and VISA programs, and serves to facilitate high level operational decisions.

Vice President of Operations - Federal Reserve Administration - The Vice President of Operations - Federal Reserve Administration is responsible for all communications with the Federal Reserve including daily reconciliations and the posting of wires.

Assistant Vice President of Operations - Organizational Development - The Vice President of Operations - Organizational Development is responsible for teller line management, professionalism, and training. Other duties include serving as the liason to all Credit Union Departments through daily operations.

Manager - Managers serve the needs of members by performing daily tasks such as processing ATM and VISA Debit transactions, processing share-drafts, and posting wires. Managers are responsible for opening the Credit Union, supervising tellers, and closing out the tellers at day’s end.
