Chief Financial Officer - The Chief Financial Officer oversees the Finance department. The CFO is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, quarterly call report filings with the NCUA, and an annual budget. In addition, the CFO facilitates the audit, oversees month-end and year-end procedures, and capitalizes and disposes of assets.

Controller - The Controller and Assistant Controller are in charge of reconciling accounts held at other financial institutions, training and supervising accountants, and guiding the direction of the department. The Controller also assists the CFO with monthly and quarterly responsibilities.

Treasurer - The Treasurer supervises all external Credit Union bank accounts, including a Federal Reserve account, ensuring adequate liquidity and maximizing interest revenues. In addition, the Treasurer is responsible for making investment decisions on behalf of the Credit Union and ensuring that all investments are in compliance with NCUA regulations. The Treasurer is also responsible for performing outgoing domestic and international wire transfers, writing certified checks, and authorizing the payment of expenses. Along with the CFO, the Treasurer represents the finance department on the Board of Directors

Assistant Treasurer - The Assistant Treasurer is responsible for paying all internal and external Credit Union expenses, and assists the Treasurer in daily activities.

Accountant - Accountants are responsible for closing daily operations, and assisting the Controller with bank reconciliations and other end-of-month procedures.
