Chief Lending Officer - The Chief Lending Officer acts as the Collections department's representative on the GUASFCU Board of Directors, and supervises the activities of the department. In addition to supervising the Collections department, the CLO acts as the Credit Committee's respresentative on the GUASFCU Board of Directors.

  Chair of Credit Committee - The Chair of the Credit Committee is charged with the responsibility of the operations of the Credit Committee, and is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Credit Committee are accomplished. He or she fairly divides loan applications to Committee members, makes sure loans are timely processed and evaluated, recruit and train new members, deny and disburse loans, and serves as a resource for Credit Committee members.

  Vice Chair of Credit Committee - The Vice Chair of the Credit Committee assists the Chair with his/her designated duties, focuses on the marketing of loan products, and denies and disburses loans.
Current Vice Chair of Credit Committee: Chachu Wu		  
         
  Senior Loan Officer - Senior Loan Officers perform the same responsibilities as Loan Officers, but are appointed to the position due to experience and ability.  
         
  Loan Officer - Loan Officers perform the same responsibilities as Loan Representatives, have one vote in the evaluation of loan applicants, and serve as a reference for other Credit Committee members.  
         
  Loan Representative - Loan Representatives process and approve selected loan applicants, obtain credit reports, maintain credit office hours, and verify information contained in loan applications.
