- The Chief Lending Officer acts as the Collections department's representative
on the GUASFCU Board of Directors, and supervises the activities of
the department. In addition to supervising the Collections department,
the CLO acts as the Credit Committee's respresentative on the GUASFCU

| VP & AVP of Collections
- The executives of the Collections Department hold ultimate responsibility
for all decisions made and action taken in the Collections department.
They supervise the Collections Officers and their work, assign work
to each member in the department, and are responsible for periodic
reports to Board of Directors, running automatic loan payments, assessing

| Collections Officers - The Collections Officers are responsible for completing the mechanical tasks necessary to maintain the policies and regulation of GUASFCU, including processing RDI’s, transferring funds to cover negativity, calling delinquent loans and negative accounts, and processing manual loan payments. | ||||
